Flexsource are currently recruiting a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Naas. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term, full-time role in a fast-paced and supportive warehouse environment.


Whether you’re an experienced warehouse operative or looking to build your logistics career, full training will be provided to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with unloading incoming deliveries and checking stock for accuracy
  • Sort and place materials or items onto racks, shelves, or designated storage areas
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection in line with daily schedules
  • Operate handheld scanners to perform accurate inventory control
  • Conduct regular stock counting and location checks to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Perform general warehouse cleaning and ad hoc duties as required to maintain a safe and tidy work environment

    • Key Requirements


  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to work weekends is required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
  • Good level of spoken and written English (preferred)

  • Full-time (5 days per week)
  • Fixed-term contract: 11 months
  • On-site role based in Naas
  • Immediate start available

  • Hourly Rate: €15.10 – €22.38 (based on experience/shift)
