Flexsource is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Operative for our client based in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a long-term, full-time position within a fast-paced and supportive warehouse environment.


Whether you have previous experience in warehousing or are looking to start your career in logistics, full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with the unloading of incoming deliveries and verify stock accuracy
  • Organise, sort, and store materials on racks, shelves, or designated areas
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with daily requirements
  • Use handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Carry out routine stock counts and location checks to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse by performing general housekeeping and other ad hoc duties

    • Key Requirements


  • Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Availability to work weekends is required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Good level of spoken and written English (preferred)

    • Hours & Contract


  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • 11-month fixed-term contract
  • On-site role based in Naas
  • Immediate start available
