We are currently engaged with a busy, GP-owned boutique practice in the beautiful Gippsland region that is seeking a new GP to join the team.

With ongoing development, surrounding dairy farms, and stunning foothill hiking trails, this opportunity is ideal for those seeking a slower-paced lifestyle while maintaining strong earning potential.

This role is well suited to doctors working towards their GP training program, with excellent support provided by the practice principal.

As the clinic is located in a DPA MM5 area, this position may suit doctors holding Level 3 or General Registration.

• 6 doctors on site
• Parking available
• 4–5 patients per hour
• 60% MM5 billing structure
• Hourly guarantee for the first 3 months
• Doctors at the clinic earn on average $300–$400 per hour

• Clinic works with 3 nursing homes (ideal for those with an interest in aged care) 
• Part-time or full-time flexibility
• No lock-in contracts
• Full nursing support and reception staff

Requirements:

• Level 3 or General Registration with AHPRA
• Actively enrolled in, or accepted into, a GP training program
• Full-time commitment preferred
• Strong communication skills and motivation to work in a boutique clinic
