    - Seeking: Permanent VR GP.
    - Open to a 6-month 19AB DPA Locum exemption.
    - Average Hourly Billings: $350+
    - Billing Split: 75% of billings.
    - Guaranteed Rate (3 months): $200/hour.
    - Locum December: $1,600 per day or 75%, whichever is greater
