Role Overview

The post holder will provide professional and clinical care to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine, and represent the service at regular site meetings to share best practice and provide peer support across NHS services

Tasks

  • All appointments are 15 minutes
  • Formal patient contacts limited to a maximum of 27 per day
  • Innovative clinical model focused on wellbeing, personalised planned care, and timely access
  • Protected break time and clinical administrative time rota’d into the working day
