Contract Type: Temporary Insourcing Assignment
Department: Radiology / General Ultrasound
Reports To: Radiology Service Lead / Insourcing Programme Manager
Pay: £600 Per day | Outside IR35
Shift pattern: Weekday Evenings, Saturday and Sunday
Start Date: February 2026
Duration: 8 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced 4x General Sonographers to join our Insourcing Diagnostic Imaging Programme supporting Radiology services across Scotland.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services within a fully managed NHS insourcing model, helping to reduce waiting times and improve patient access to care.
The service focuses exclusively on general ultrasound examinations - including abdominal, renal, small parts, neck, and lower-limb venous studies. No MSK or obstetric scanning is required.
