General Superintendent (Substations)
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Substation General Superintendent to lead field execution across a diverse portfolio of substation projects. Our portfolio of work spans transmission, distribution, and collector substations and switchyards. The work is primarily AIS but we also perform GIS in both greenfield and brownfield environments. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight to General Foremen, Foremen, and skilled journey-level craft personnel across multiple substation construction sites in multiple states. You will direct all substation crews and assume full responsibility for the installation, testing, and commissioning of substation systems companywide. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, substation technical expertise, and project management skills, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and project timelines.
