General Superintendent

As General Superintendent, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for guiding the successful delivery of complex construction projects from concept to completion. You will mentor and manage field leadership teams and trade professionals, championing safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with the Operations Manager to guide and assist the Pre-Construction team with the assessment and pursuit of new work, providing detailed work plans and recommendations. You will help shape and implement company systems and best practices that elevate organizational culture, drive productivity, and reinforce professionalism across the organization. You will also oversee trade partner coordination to ensure exceptional workmanship, schedule adherence, and strong, trust-based relationships with clients, owners, unions, and project stakeholders.
