BASIC FUNCTION

Under the supervision of Plant Manager III, he is responsible for managing the manual emptying and molds department, in order to achieve efficiency in productivity, quality, goal fulfillment and personnel safety.

Responsibilities

• Control manual emptying defects and production quality inspection
• Control defects in the mold area.
• Achieve productivity objectives in the Moulds and Manual Casting department.
• Maintain assigned production areas safely to ensure minimization of employee accidents and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Schedule mold making to ensure adequate supply of molds to meet production schedules.
• Provide training to the area supervisor to develop their supervisory skills.
