We have an excellent opportunity for a General Surgeon to join our team at Cariboo Memorial Hospital. There are currently 2 full time General Surgeons at the site. There is a balance between office, endoscopy and operating room procedures, with 5 OR and 5 endoscopy days available at CMH per month, in addition to bi-monthly ACU days for minor procedures. There is a requirement to perform endoscopic procedures, including on call management of GI bleeds. The current General Surgeons have a combined office practice and a new addition would be welcomed into joining the group.
