Horry-Georgetown Technical College seeks an Adjunct Instructor to teach General Technology Aviation Maintenance Fundamentals. This individual will report to the department chair and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Preparing lesson plans

  • Develop and delivery online instruction

  • Student attendance, grading and advising
    • Advertised Salary:

    Commensurate with education and experience.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Associate degree with 5 years aviation experience or bachelor’s degree with teaching experience and working knowledge of aviation maintenance industry. Course content to include, but not limited to the role of the Federal Aviation Administration regulations regarding aviation technicians, a study of aircraft industry terminology, sectors within the aviation industry, and basic safety requirements, as well as a brief history of aviation.

    Teaching experience
