General/Anatomical Pathologist

Overview

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking a General/Anatomical Pathologist to join its dedicated medical team on a full-time basis at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada. This is one of three full-time pathologist positions, serving a population of over 200,000 across northern and northeastern Saskatchewan.

Practice Environment: The Victoria Hospital laboratory processes more than 1.7 million tests annually, supporting a wide spectrum of diagnostic services including:

• Anatomical Pathology
• Biochemistry
• Hematology & Coagulation
• Transfusion Medicine
• Microbiology

The position is part of a cooperative team practice with colleagues in North Battleford, with access to subspecialty consultation services from Saskatoon, Calgary, and Vancouver as needed.
