Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Technical Coordination of PV and BESS Projects with the respective project stakeholders.
  • Electrical Design of PV and BESS in line with Belectric and local requirements/standards.
  • Supporting sales activities as well as project execution with technical design including Bill of Materials.
  • Defending the design against employer's consultants.
  • Monitoring project progress from design to implementation.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within established deadlines, while meeting cost and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with other company divisions, such as procurement and sales and especially the Engineering Team in the German Headquarters to ensure all aspects of the project are covered.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of PV Design.
  • Excellent skills in using MS Office products, basic skills in EPLAN and AutoCAD.
  • Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong communication skills to work within and across international and intercultural project teams.
  • Availability to travel worldwide (up to 30%).
