**Job Opening**:
**HR Generalist, 3rd Shift**
**Juarez Bermudez Site**
**General Summary**
Under indirect supervision, is responsible for supporting the maintenance of Human Resources systems; timely reporting to Social Security and other government agencies; proposing and following up on plans and programs established by the company for the retention and motivation of personnel; promoting compliance with the Federal Labor Law and the policies established by the company, which govern employee relations with the purpose of maintaining a work environment that fosters employee ownership and good labor practices at all levels of the organization. May supervise a group of employees.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage the company's labor conflicts in order to prevent collective and individual conflicts.
Review, maintain and follow up on compensation tabulators authorized by the company.
Support in the process of movements before the IMSS.
Support in maintenance tasks of the HR system designated by the company.
Application of the RIT and Labor Contract, according to LFT, IMSS and STPS guidelines.
Coordinates events, services, sports, and any other activity aimed at promoting employee belonging and motivation.
Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of department metrics and statistics.
Collaborate with tasks related to staff recruitment.
Participate as a trainer.
Comply with safety rules implemented by the company.
Participate in the prevention of accidents in the company's facilities.
Participate in the teams required for the continuous improvement of the company's own and the company's objectives.
Responsible for providing support to the department in relation to communication.
Other HR related tasks as assigned by HR Management, HR Supervisor.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in labor relations related activities (terminations, lawsuits follow up, etc.)
- English Language skills (written and spoken) 70%
- Availability to work in 3rd shift
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools
- Self-Starter, Proactive Person.
