  • Experience with Azure AI services, particularly Azure OpenAI or Copilot Studio.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and generative AI models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with support operations or customer service processes is an advantage
