Proven experience as an AI/ML developer, with a focus on natural language processing and machine learning.

Experience with Azure AI services, particularly Azure Open AI or Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of NLP techniques and generative AI models.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with support operations or customer service processes is an advantage
