Role: GEN AI Engineer
Experience: 7 - 10 years

Skill: Generative AI Engineer/Agentic AI
Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in building generative AI chatbots using tools like Open AI, Azure Open AI, and Copilot Studio
Work with senior engineers to explore and experiment with LLMs, SLMs, and Agentic Frameworks (e.g. Crew AI, Lang Graph)
Support the development and fine-tuning of ML models with guidance
Help integrate AI systems with Azure services (Cognitive Services, ML Services, Blob Storage, etc.)
Participate in reading and annotating FAQ documents and transforming them into structured knowledge for the AI bots
Assist in testing, evaluating, and improving chatbot performance
Document learnings, models, and workflows clearly for reuse
