We’re Hiring: Generative AI Engineer | 3-4 Years Experience
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Role: Generative AI Engineer
Experience: 3-4 years
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week from office)
Job Locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks
- Build and optimize prompt engineering, LLM-based applications, and AI pipelines
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python
- Integrate AI models with cloud-based infrastructure on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and system reliability
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and cloud optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of overall IT experience with hands-on exposure to Generative AI
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Sage Maker, or related services)
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
- Understanding of ML/AI concepts, model deployment, and API integration
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with frameworks such as Lang Chain, Hugging Face, or similar
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience in productionizing AI/ML models
