Job Description

Role: Generative AI Developer

Experience: 2–4 years

Locations - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Indore / Noida / Pune

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using Python and cloud-based AI/ML services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications for GenAI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Build and integrate APIs and services to enable seamless interaction between GenAI models and existing systems.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and debug application issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain unit test cases to ensure code quality and robustness.

Good-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and implementations.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Working knowledge of cloud services such as Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions/Cloud Run, and Cloud Logging/Monitoring.
