Generative AI Engineer

What You'll Do
Design, build, and implement complex systems for training and running ML models with sound architectural principles.
Mentor and guide engineers by defining technical work and ensuring quality execution.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales/Marketing teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Work closely with data scientists to deploy, retrain, and maintain ML models.
Apply development and testing best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
Manage projects across the full lifecycle — from analysis and design to deployment.
Contribute to long-term technical vision while delivering on current initiatives.
Participate in peer design and code reviews.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the IT organization.
