We are currently seeking a talented AI/GenAI Engineer with Advanced English Skills (B2/C1) - Full-Time Position.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI models.

• Build and maintain AI pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

• Deploy AI models using cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).

• Implement MLOps practices for monitoring, versioning, and scaling models.

• Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embedding models.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver real-world AI applications.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.

• Strong Python skills and experience with model fine-tuning.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and deployment workflows.

• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or multimodal AI.

• Background in chatbots, recommendation systems, or personalization.

• Experience with AI-based automation, chatbots, and virtual assistants.

• Experience with AI in industries such as fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.

• Experience with AI-based recommendation engines and personalization.
