Job Title: GENAI SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Experience: 12-15 years

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI. The role requires expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, MLOps, and Gen AI technologies, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader, mentor teams, and establish AI best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and oversee enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI/ML solutions.
- Define AI strategy, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, SLMs).
- Develop and Integrate Gen AI solutions for chatbots, document summarization, code generation, personalization, and automation use cases.
- Select and deploy AI/Gen AI platforms and tools (e.g., Open AI, Lang Chain, Lag Graph, Semantic Kernel, RAG frameworks, ).
- Establish standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Ensure AI/Gen AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and compliant.
- Collaborate with engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with Gen AI trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide teams in AI/ML and Gen AI solution design.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of IT experience with experience in AI design and architecture.
- Expertise in ML/DL frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
- Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools/frameworks (Lang Chain, Hugging Face, Open AI APIs).
- Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
- Knowledge of big data ecosystems and data engineering.
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and solution architecture skills.
