Generative AI Workflow Automation Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced and talented GenAI Developer to join our growing data competency team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with GEN AI, ML ,LangChain, LangGraph, GenAI Architecture Strategy, Prompt engineering. You will work closely with our data analysts, engineers, and business teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of our data pipelines and analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Lead design and development of a Gen AI-enabled workflow automation platform for financial services. Requires deep expertise in data architecture, vector databases, Python frameworks, Generative AI/LLMs, microservices, containers, and DevOps.
• Responsibilities include platform architecture, data integration, AI solution design, scalability, and innovation incubation.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to drive POCs and mentor teams. Knowledge of low-code and RPA is a plus.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We need someone who is more hands-on for this role, such as an Architect with around 10 to 12, or a maximum of 14 years of experience.
• We are seeking a seasoned hands-on Platform Architect to spearhead the design and development of a cutting-edge, Gen AI-enabled workflow automation platform tailored for the financial services sector.
• This role requires a visionary hands-on leader with deep expertise in data architecture, vector databases, generative AI (Gen AI), and know-how of LLM, agent-based frameworks.
• The candidate should possess knowledge of low-code solutions while ensuring the creation of scalable, reusable components that drive business value in a highly regulated domain .
