Generative Design Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking a Generative Design Specialist to design and deploy AI-driven systems that create optimized, innovative, and scalable design solutions for real-world applications. This role blends artistic creativity, data-driven modeling, and automation expertise , pushing the boundaries of what AI can create.

You will:

• Develop and deploy generative design algorithms and AI models for architecture, manufacturing, or product development.
• Use ML/AI tools to explore and produce multiple design variations based on performance criteria and constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate AI-generated models into production workflows .
• Optimize and fine-tune neural networks, procedural modeling, and parametric design solutions .
• Research emerging tools and frameworks in AI-assisted design, 3D modeling, and automated creativity workflows .

Ideal Profile:

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in computational or generative design, AI modeling, or advanced CAD automation .
• Strong knowledge of Python, Grasshopper, Dynamo, or other algorithmic design tools .
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks for generative modeling (e.g., diffusion models, GANs, or LLM-assisted design).
• Expertise in 3D modeling tools (Blender, Rhino, Fusion 360, AutoDesk) combined with scripting capabilities.
• Strong creative mindset with ability to translate complex data inputs into functional, visually compelling design outputs.
• Passionate about merging AI technology and design innovation to redefine traditional workflows.
