Job Description

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and concept design to hardware/software engineering, simulation, testing, and commissioning.

Project Engineering:

+ Analyze project inputs from customer meetings, site surveys, and technical documentation.
+ Design and develop generator excitation systems and synchronous motor excitation, including circuit drawings, BOMs, control logic, and system graphics.
+ Engineer protection and synchronizing systems for generators and transformers.
+ Supervise assembly, installation, and testing of excitation systems.
+ Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
+ Lead system start-up, commissioning, and performance validation at customer sites.
+ Troubleshoot excitation system issues during operation and provide technical support for upgrades.
