Generators on Demand in Old Lyme is seeking an Operations / Install Lead to join their team! You will be responsible for assisting the Outside Sales Representatives and our Install Team from the sale of the generator to the installation & start up for the homeowner, as well as providing ongoing customer service to our new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the outside sales team starting at the time of the sale.
- Update FieldEdge database from lead to signed contract on customer profile.
- Apply for appropriate permits with continual follow-up.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Maintain communication with the customer throughout permitting to install/startup process.
- Resolve & troubleshoot customer inquiries/concerns.
