About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Architect / Senior Developer to join on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing customer engagement solutions within Genesys Cloud. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
