This director-level role involves building and scaling a Genesys Cloud CX practice while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for practice P&L, strategic partnerships, and driving market position. This position requires exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of contact center technology, and the ability to manage complex client engagements. Compensation ranges from CA$190K to CA$218K.
