Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform (formerly PureCloud).
- Work with Genesys Cloud APIs to create custom integrations, automations, and workflows that improve business processes.
- Work closely with the Salesforce development team for having to establish an integration between Salesforce and Genesys Pure Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, system architects, and operations teams, to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reporting dashboards, real-time analytics, and performance monitoring systems within the Genesys Cloud environment.
- Create, configure, and deploy Genesys Cloud Architect call flows, including inbound/outbound IVR systems, routing strategies, and other automated customer service interactions.
