Job Description
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize call routing strategies for enterprise contact center platforms.
- Manage Genesys Engage and Genesys Cloud CX routing configurations to support voice and digital channels.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to SLAs through proactive monitoring and tuning.
- Support integration and automation initiatives across contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities – Genesys Engage:
- Configure and optimize routing strategies using Genesys Composer.
- Manage Genesys Engage components including URS, ORS, Stat Server, and SIP Server.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into routing workflows.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
- Monitor system health, alarms, and compliance with SLAs.
- Troubleshoot routing flows and platform issues using logs and reporting tools.
