Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Genesys platforms, including Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Genesys Engage (on-prem or cloud), IVR workflows, call routing, and integrations with CRM or third-party systems
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Genesys applications and integrations.
Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing of Genesys contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud CX, Engage).
Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, chat, email, and other omnichannel commun...
