Job Description
Design, implement, and support Genesys Cloud contact centre solutions
Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud features (IVR, routing, workflows, integrations)
Develop automation and system integrations using Python and APIs
Work with JSON-based APIs for system communication and data exchange
Support AI-related solutions such as chatbots, NLP, and automation tools
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical recommendations
Prepare technical documentation and solution designs
