ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led, online training programs and webinars for dealers and end users Provide product sales demonstrations at the Training Center and on-site, and support sales events such as trade shows Provide customer support via phone, online, and on-site visits Assist with product test verification related to field support issues and new product or code releases Develop training materials, online articles, and support documentation for products Maintain training machinery, equipment, and the training facility used for demonstrations and programs Primary Location Livermore, CA (daily onsite work) Travel This role includes up to 15–25% domestic travel Work ConditionsCombination of office/classroom and outdoor field environmentsOutdoor work may include hot, cold, muddy, dusty, or rainy conditionsWork may take place on constru...
