1. Job Title : GeoSpatial Lead Analyst MAP 2. Job Summary : Data 360 Architecture & Design Lead the technical design of the Customer 360 profile ensuring it meets specific business use cases for personalization analytics and automation. Conduct data discovery workshops with business stakeholders and client architects to understand data lineage schema requirements and identity resolution goals. Responsibilities : Data 360 Architecture & Design Lead the technical design of the Customer 360 profile ensuring it meets specific business use cases for personalization analytics and automation. Conduct data discovery workshops with business stakeholders and client architects to understand data lineage schema requirements and identity resolution goals. Define the roadmap for data ingestion ensuring scalability and adherence to data governance/privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA). 2. Hands-on Development & Implementation Ingestion: Configure and manage Data Streams from various sources (CRM Marketing Cloud S3 APIs Web/Mobile SDKs). Data Modeling: Map ingested data to the standard Cloud Information Model (CIM). Expertly handle Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and map them to Data Model Objects (DMOs). Identity Resolution: Configure complex Match and Reconciliation rules to resolve identity conflicts and create unified individual profiles. Insights: Develop Calculated Insights (CI) using SQL to derive metrics (e.g. LTV Churn Risk Spend Affinity). Segmentation & Activation: Build granular segments based on unified data and configure Activation Targets to push audiences to engagement platforms (Marketing Cloud Ad Platforms Personalization engines). 3. Collaboration & Communication Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in client-facing discussions confidently defending technical decisions to client architects. Translate complex data concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with the broader development team (CRM developers integration specialists) to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Data Engineering CRM Architecture or MarTech implementation. Project History: Must have successfully completed at least two (2) end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Data Cloud (Salesforce CDP). You must be able to demonstrate your role in designing and building these solutions. Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in SQL for data querying and Calculated Insights. Expert knowledge of Data Modeling concepts (Star schema Snowflake schema Normalization). Hands-on experience with DLOs DMOs and Identity Resolution rules. Understanding of JSON and API integrations. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Confidence in consulting with senior client architects. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification is highly preferred. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Service Cloud or Tableau. Experience with Python or JavaScript for advanced data transformation is a plus 9.
