Job Description

We're looking for a Geospatial Lead to join our digital delivery team based at Anglian Water in Peterborough, with hybrid working available.

As Geospatial Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our digital strategy – leading the adoption of GIS and extended reality (XR) technologies to transform how we deliver projects.


This is a unique opportunity to shape the way we use geospatial tools to answer real-world challenges, streamline delivery, and future-proof our infrastructure.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a talented geospatial team (GIS Analysts, VR Analysts, Data Specialists).

  • Develop and implement our GIS & XR strategy, ensuring it integrates across all areas of the Alliance.

  • Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies and embedding them into day-to-day practice.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, technical consultants, and internal teams to maximise value from platforms and tools.
