Roles and Responsibilities

• Focus expertise
• Major exposure to welding and welded components and products and related testing and expertise
• Good command in Welding like TIG,MIG,GMA,FMA Welding process, Preparing WPS , Finding the defect on welding and correcting it.
• Preparing welding procedure and testing follow the standard of EN-15085,ISO-5817,ISO-14002-3,ISO-15607
• Detect the welding defect and drive welding quality with vendor and adhering to WPS
• Expertise in welding inspections through Radiography, visual inspections ,performed LPT testing / DPT testing

Ability to work closely with welders and driving product quality

• To ensure all the products, processes and suppliers (Internal and External) are in line with organizational guidelines/SOP laid for quality and QMS and certification requirements
