Manage compensation plans, policies and procedures, variable compensation plans, job evaluations for Mexico. Responsible of all research, analysis and comparison of compensation and benefits and propose new solutions in order to improve competitiveness. Establish a relationship with Compensation Department in US to guarantee market position, rentability and administration of compensation programs. Responsible of performance evaluation process.
Responsibilities
* Research, analyze and compare market trends in similar companies. Make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and equity of compensation plans to comply with legal and local labor regulations. Guarantee competitiveness to attract and maintain AutoZone employees.
