As part of our 2026 Procurement Transformation Playbook, we are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager who will lead the national purchasing function and coordinate a network of regional buyers across Mexico.
Mission
Drive the central-regional procurement model to optimize cost, compliance, and supplier performance.
Lead teams based in Monterrey, Tijuana, Bajío, and Toluca, covering services, consumables, tools/equipment, and PPE.
Manage strategic contracts including fleet, transportation, and national machinery suppliers (e.g. Tennant).
Ensure full alignment with REPSE, CTPAT, ESG, and international compliance standards.
