Job Description

As a Territory Manager You will build comprehensive commercial plans designed to boost sales, profitability, and market share. While capitalizing on every business opportunity, you'll ensure the implementation of important strategies, trying to find outstanding results in your assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a healthy balance between sell-out and sell-in, meeting sales budget, margin, expense control, and regional profitability targets.

  • Implement the commercial model through processes, procedures, and best practices to maximize sales across Retail, B2B, and VDT channels with a full market focus.

  • Foster team engagement and development, being a coach and facilitator to promote personal and professional growth.
