Job Description

- Proven management experience with a global cutting tool brand (e.g., Sandvik, Kennametal, Seco, Iscar, Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, Tungaloy, etc.).
- Strong ability to manage and control monthly and annual sales performance.
- Experience managing distributors, sales engineers, OEM/Tier 1 customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business-level English.
- Experience in the Mexican automotive, aerospace, or general machining sectors.
