Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing German-speaking clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and engaging with potential clients in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve set sales targets.
  • Consistently update client records and manage communications in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within the technology or services sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
