As a German Customer Operations Agent, you will be part of our energetic and international team. You will assist and help our customers to ensure that they always receive “above and beyond” treatment. We believe excellence is not a destination but a process. 


Overview of Responsibilities

  • Communicate via different channels (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone and through partners)
  • Investigate inquiries using internal and external stakeholders and systems
