About the Role:We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga . You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.
What You’ll Do:- Handle incoming customer calls in German , assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.
- Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.
- German: Native or bilingual level
- English: Advanced (minimum C1)
- Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekends
- A valid NIE , NAF , and a Spanish bank account
- Fixed monthly salary + bonus
- Onsite Training: From 9 AM to 6 PM
- Location: Malaga
- Contract: Indefinite term, with a 2-month probation period
- Work Schedule: Flexible hours with alternating weekends
