Job Description
We are looking for a
German-speaking Customer Support Specialist
to join an international team supporting a
global Video Streaming Platform
.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring an excellent user experience.
Requirements
- German: Native or near-native level
- English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory for all positions)
- EU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- With or without previous customer support experience
