Job Description
We are looking for a
German-speaking Customer Support Specialist
to join an international team supporting a
global Video Streaming Platform
.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring an excellent user experience.

Requirements

  • German: Native or near-native level
  • English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory for all positions)
  • EU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • With or without previous customer support experience
