This is a full-time, remote position supporting a global travel platform that partners with multiple online travel agencies to provide customers with diverse holiday options and booking solutions.

Role Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor (CSA), you will manage customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office channels.

  • Your tasks will include assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information.
