Requirements


Languages: Advanced German and English (minimum C1 level)

Experience: Previous experience in customer service

Availability: Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate



What We Offer


Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period

Full-time position: 39 hours per week

Salary: €22,000 gross per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm
