Advanced German and English (minimum C1 level)Experience: Previous experience in customer servicePermanent contract with a 2-month probation periodFull-time position: Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9:00 am and 8:00 pmOn-site position near Puerta de Toledo -Piramides, with the possibility of hybrid work after completing the learning curve.

Training: Paid on-site training (under contract), Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
