German Payroll Operations Specialist with German
Your responsibilities
- Handle HR administration and payroll processes for German employees,
- Deliver high-quality payroll services, ensuring compliance with procedures, legal regulations, and customer requirements,
- Collaborate with the client’s team on-site in Usedom (initially up to 5 days per week and moving to hybrid/fully remote after),
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and payroll regulations.
Our requirements
- Ability to work on client’s premises in Usedom,
- 2+ years of experience in German payroll operations,
- Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written at C1 level,
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
- Practical knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations.
Optional
- Hands-on experience with the Paisy payroll system,
- Previous experience in a shared services or outsourcing environment.
