Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be executing B2B marketing and sales campaigns on behalf of our clients, creating valuable business opportunities through highly personalized outreach.
You will contact potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. This role is focused on quality conversations, not volume — no rush, no aggressive sales, and definitely not telemarketing or call center work.
This position is ideal for people who enjoy communication, have a commercial mindset, and are looking for a serious yet friendly part-time job that fits well with their personal and family life.
What We're Looking For
Native German with very good Spanish (bilingual level)
Education: High school diploma or higher
B2B or business environment experience is valued but not mandatory
Comfortable using tools like Office, Teams, email, LinkedIn
