Be part of an international tech support team helping users navigate a top search engine platform. Use your German skills to assist customers with account issues, troubleshooting, and general queries via phone, chat, email, and social channels.

Requirements:

• Native German

• English B2

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Tech-friendly mindset

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit
